Barmoor sits on the very edge of the open moor with views down over fields towards the picturesque village of Huttonlehole. There is complete freedom to walk on the open moor or local field paths.

Barmoor has beds for 26 in nine bedrooms, all as 3 foot single beds. Each bed is provided with a mattress protector, duvet and pillow. Extra blankets are available.

Linen is NOT provided, but could be hired.

The house has full gas central heating which is in use during the cooler months. There are two open fires.

Water, electricity and fuel costs are included in the charges.

There is a large communal space available for a variety of uses in the Harvey Room across the car parking area, whilst the garden provides space for a range of more or less energetic activity.

Wi-Fi is now available to most of the ground floor. Many groups value the opportunity at Barmoor to 'get away from the modern world'. Each group leader has control of the password for access and may turn it off completely should the group wish. The service will not support multiple high volume streaming!

The house is offered in the general expectation that users will look after their own needs and respect the house. There is no resident staff.
